Crafting Timeline
Our jewellery requires careful craftsmanship and preparation. Please allow 7-13 working
days for crafting and processing your order before dispatch.


Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5-6 working days, depending on your location and courier service availability.


Damaged or Incorrect
Orders: In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please
contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery with:

Order number
• Clear photos/videos
• Unboxing video

After verification, our team will assist you with the appropriate resolution.
KIRTIRAH reserves the right to deny claims reported after the specified timeframe.

Warranty Policy
KIRTIRAH jewellery is crafted with care and delicate detailing.

  • Warranty Coverage
    We offer a limited warranty against manufacturing defects only.

  • Warranty Does Not Cover:
    • Normal wear and tear
    • Tarnishing due to moisture, perfume, sweat, or chemicals Broken chains, bent pieces, scratches, or accidental damage
    • Improper storage or mishandling 
    • Any repair request outside warranty coverage may be chargeable.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier services.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products 
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24
    hours of delivery.
  • Clear photographs and an unboxing video may be required for verification.
  • Once approved, a replacement, store credit, or refund will be provided.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement.
  • Cancellation requests received after 12 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
