At KIRTIRAH, every jewellery piece is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our jewellery, all purchases are considered final sale.

Important Notes:

  • Please review product details, sizes, and images carefully before placing your order
  • Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
  • Customized or personalized jewellery cannot be cancelled or modified once the order is confirmed.

Non-Returnable & NonRefundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

  • Products purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or are not in their original
    condition.

 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at Kirtirah's discretion.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return is due to an error by Kirtirah.

Returns

  • Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original
    condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.
